The English distillery, founded in 2006, helped revive English whiskey production after a hundred-year hiatus. Known for award-winning, non-chill filtered single malts, it uses local Norfolk ingredients to create both peated and unpeated, traditionally crafted spirits. There is an excellent restaurant within the distillery, the Grain Kitchen.
